Documentation
To comply with immigration law you have to provide one of the following:
- A passport showing that the holder is a British Citizen.
- A passport / identity card showing that the holder is a national of European Economic Area.
- A residence permit issued by the UK government to a national from a European Economic Area.
- A passport or other document issued by the UK Home Office which has an endorsement stating that the holder has a right to residence through a family member of the European Economic Area.
- A passport or other travel document endorsed to show that the holder can stay indefinitely in the UK, or has no time limit on their stay.
- A passport or other travel document endorsed to say that they can stay and work in the UK.
- An applications registration card issued by the UK Home Office to asylum seeker stating that the holder is permitted to take employment.
